This policy explains how Silvoracraft ships and delivers your orders across India.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Customised or made-to-order items may take longer — the estimated timeline will be shared with you at the time of order.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to location, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Orders above ₹999 currently qualify for free shipping (see homepage for current offers).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery status.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery if possible, or record a video while unboxing, and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
